ROLEX Toko Khusus Quark

To ensure the proper operation of the tax-free system, we have implemented the following measures for customers making tax-free purchases.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

On November 1, 2026,
the tax-free shopping system has been shifted to the "Refund Method".

Under this new system, you will pay the tax at the time of purchase.
The equivalent amount of consumption tax will then be refunded to you after completing the required procedures at the airport prior to your departure.

Please note that the final refund amount may vary depending on administrative fees and your selected refund method.

Regarding Tax-Free Procedures

We will verify your identity using your passport.
We reserve the right to refuse a purchase if we determine that the transaction is intended for proxy purchasing, resale, or otherwise violates the purpose of the tax-free system.

Regarding Cash Payments

The maximum amount of cash accepted for a single payment is 1 million yen.
We require that at least 10% of the purchase price be paid using a credit card in the purchaser's own name.

Regarding the Name on the Credit Card

Only credit cards issued in the purchaser's name that match the name on the passport may be used.
You cannot use credit cards issued in a family member's name.
